What will shipping cost?

Wild Dill offers various shipping options (see chart to the left) through UPS. International shipping for Ecotots products is only available to Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Japan. Don't forget! - we will ship within the continental United States via UPS ground on orders totaling $65 for free!

How do I track my order?

When you open an account with Wild Dill, you can check on the status of your order by logging in and going to order status. Here, your latest orders will be displayed along with when the order was shipped out. After shipment, UPS will send an e-mail with a tracking number in order to track your order in transit.

When will my order ship out?

Wild Dill ships your order out as quickly as possible, usually within two business days.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Wild Dill tries to ship your order as quickly as possible so please call or e-mail us ASAP if you want to change or cancel your order. It may not be possible to change or cancel an existing order if it has already been sent out.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Wild Dill guarantees 100% satisfaction on all of our products. If for any reason you need to return or exchange any of our products, you can send it back within 60 days for a full refund or 90 days for a store credit as long as it has not been used and was purchased from Wild Dill. Just fill out the enclosed return/exchange form, attach the mailing label and send your order back to Wild Dill. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return but freight charges are not refundable.

Returns or exchanges of Soft Star Shoes or Over the Rain Dough is for 30 days only from the time of purchase and are the only exceptions to Wild Dill's 60 day policy.

What are your packing supplies made of?

Wild Dill sends its products out in boxes that have some recycled content purchased from Give Something Back, an office supply store who donates over half of its after tax profits. We wrap our products in Kraft tissue paper that is made from over 90% recycled fibers. We use recycled bubble wrap and rice based dissolvable peanuts.

What are your different sizes of clothing?

Our clothing sizes range from newborn up to 4 years old. The sizes are by months or by year unless indicated in the product description.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift cards?

Wild Dill offers gift cards and will offer gift wrapping in the future.
